Neurodiversity books and podcasts recommendations

Reading about other people’s experiences was and continue to be extremely helpful for my journey of discovery of myself. One author that first drew me into this interest in autism advocacy was when I read Pete Wharmby’s book ‘Untypical’. He writes in such a way that really made sense and made me realise on what to do to get better support and recognition for myself. From this onwards, I was exposed to a much larger range of people (both neurotypical and neurodivergent), who has done equally excellent work in writing, speaking and making podcasts about neurodiversity (ND) experience. I have listed some of them here and I will update this list as I find more. So, watch this space!
